HELPFUL INFORMATION...

If Package Hours are used and additional work is needed, the hourly rate for your package will be used.
Packages selected are for 6 month terms.
Hours do not rollover from month to month.
Early withdrawal from package will result in 1 additional month fee
(example: If the Standard Solution Package is cancelled early, a $135 fee will be assessed)
Packages can be billed monthly or prepaid.

WHAT IF I RUN OUT OF PACKAGE HOURS AND THERE IS STILL WORK TO BE DONE?

Once Package Hours are exhausted for the month, Content Creations will notify you that additional hours are needed and you can then choose whether to take advantage of the discounted hourly rate or if you would like to stop work until the next month.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE PACKAGES?

- Packages can be upgraded at no additional cost, at any time during the contract period. The Original Contract Completion Date will be upheld without change as well.

- Packages can be downgraded at any time but will incur a $50 fee.
