Content Creations provides Enewsletter Services with an emphasis on strong dependability. Your message needs to get out and we honor the importance of doing that in an accurate and quick manner.
There are several different tools that can be used to manage your list serve. Content Creations works with 2 primary means of delivery and management for enewsletters. Here are descriptions of those two means and the details of each:
E-zekiel Content Management Tool //
If you are using the E-zekiel Website management platform for your site, there is a tool built in for the Gold and Platinum level packages that lets you manage and send enewsletters from within E-zekiel. The Communication Manager works with the People Manager and sometimes the Group Manager as well to deliver your custom created enewsletters to the recipients quickly and easily. There are no limits on how many enewsletters you send.
Unlimited email addresses can be added to the list serve (via People Manager) at no additional cost.
Costs Involved:
- Gold or Platinum Level Package required (these are $69.95/month and $139.95/month respectively). Remember, this isn’t just for enewsletters, these packages include management, email, hosting, etc for your website.
- Custom Designed Enewsletter – Quotes can be provided by Content Creations to create a design. This will be the layout/design of the newsletter – and content can be added and modified within the layout.
- Blasting - From there you can edit the content and send the enewsletters yourself, or you can send the content to Content Creations be worry-free regarding what it looks like and the time it takes to get it sent out. If Content Creations sends your enewsletters out for you, it is simply billed as maintenance and you will be invoiced once a month for any work completed.

This is an inexpensive and reliable source for e-newsletters. This is an option that we have used for many years and have recommended to many people. No contract is required and cost is based on the number of unique email addresses you have in your account.
In addition to being able to create your own custom html enewsletter, they also have over 300 templates you can use to build your enewsletter. They also provide free email tracking. Content Creations (the other “CC” named company) offers to establish the template and/or the content and send out as needed. Once the template is established, Content Creations would simply bill for the time needed to build out the content and blast to your list serve each week, month, or so on.

The emails that go out will include an “Opt Out” option at the bottom of the email (to help reduce reports of SPAM. There is also an option to include a Subscribe form to your website (regardless of your host) that will enable to automatically sign-up to receive your enewsletters.

NON-PROFITS: The standard discounts that they offer for prepaying clients are 10% for 6 months and 15% for a full year. However, if you forward your 501(c)(3) or equivalent non -profit documentation, you are eligible for a 20% (6 months) or 30% (annual) discount.
There are many other platforms available for sending enewsletters and Content Creations is open to using those platforms if the client prefers them or has previous accounts established with them. The above named options are simply suggestions for those looking for solutions.
